How do I get my QR ticket after booking?+
Your QR ticket is emailed to you the moment payment is confirmed, and is also available in My Bookings → tap a booking to view & download.
Can I cancel a booking and get a refund?+
Yes — open the booking in My Bookings and use Cancel. Refunds follow the organizer's cancellation policy shown on the event page.
My payment failed but money was deducted+
Bank holds are typically released within 5–7 business days. If you don't see a refund, raise a ticket below with the booking ID — our team will investigate.
How do I become an event organizer?+
Click "Become Organizer" in the header. Your account is reviewed by our team — once approved you can publish events and manage bookings.
